Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by Paypal. Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you of this and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and a refund will be given.
Delivery
Postage and Packing for orders within the UK is as follows:-
£4.50 for orders under £20 in value.
Free of charge for orders over £20.
Please contact us for delivery costs outside the UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the ‘Add to Basket’ button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button ‘Buy Now’, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. No order may be accepted from a child of 16 or under without the express consent of a parent or guardian. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of colourheroes.com and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days and this 7-day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing or by e-mail. All item(s) returned under these regulations must be received by colourheroes.com within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Customers wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to the address on the contact us page. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense. Colourheroes.com will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Damages and Errors
Check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or shortages immediately to colourheroes.com. In the case of damages incurred during transit, all packaging materials and damaged goods must be kept for inspection by Colour Heroes and returned to Colour Heroes within 7 days of receipt. Once received and reviewed by Colour Heroes, a replacement or refund may be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returning Goods
Customers wishing to return goods other than by way of an Order Cancellation must contact us by e-mail at info@colourheroes.com for instructions. All returns must be sent recorded delivery with the buyer obtaining a proof of postage receipt. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the 7th day after delivery. The buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such time.
